Job Objective工作目标:

• Identify and qualify the tooling design with best quality and cost level; Develop the new innovative tooling solution inside Sekurit China to accelerate the new business development in China and drive for local competitiveness.

 

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Responsible for the tooling design, inspection and releasing.

• Responsible the internal communication with centre team to tooling simulation and design rules

• Sustain tooling quality in term of cost savings

• Lead time management, delivery tooling design on time in full.

• Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and regulations;

• Quick active for problem shooting and good cooperation with other functional team etc

• Follow the confidential management on tooling technology

• Tooling related document control and backup

Job Requirements工作要求

• Bachelor degree or above

• Well communicate in oral English; Good reading and writing in English

• Skillful in using Catia, UG software

• More than three years’ experience on design area, better to be car industry.

• Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of quality

• Good team management skills

• Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process

• Teamwork
