1优秀的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够有效地进行演讲。
2有丰富的预测、需求计划或供应计划经验，但不限于生产计划、采购和物流。
3较强的解决问题能力。有处理和沟通结果、指标和根本原因纠正措施的经验。
4能够运用有效的计划和沟通技巧同时管理多个项目。
5必须以细节为导向，能够创建、分析和操作大型数据文件。
6熟练使用微软办公软件，精通微软Excel，熟练使用ERP/MRP系统和数据报告工具。
7有项目经验者优先。
资质：
1负责APS的供应计划和调度活动，主要关注OEM/Tier 1客户。
2根据业务和需求计划预测，维持RM/SFG/FG库存水平。
3根据需求预测或销售订单更新维护和调整供应计划。
4提供年度运营计划（AOP）的输入。
5提供周/周计划和月度交付计划，提供月度数据更新。
6支持库存分析，以实现既定的库存绩效目标，并支持建立适当的库存策略，以满足约定的交货期和目标交付水平。
7以项目为基础的任务分配，改进流程和加强计划。
