Technical Reviewer (social audits) – based in Shenzhen

报告审核员（社会责任审核报告）- 工作地点：深圳

 

Profile required:

-3 years of professional experience in technical activities related to supply chain audits or management systems 三年与供应链审核（社会责任审核）或管理系统相关的技术活动的专业经验。

-Academic education at a degree level. 大学学历。

-Specific knowledge in the areas of supply chain audits, such as BSCI, SMETA, among others, and in management systems. 具备在供应链审核领域（例如BSCI，SMETA等）以及管理系统方面的相关知识。

-Conducted, with approval, the amfori BSCI 5-day Auditor Training Course 参加过amfori的 BSCI审核员的培训课程。

-Knowledge of audit principles, practices, and techniques. 了解审核原则、实务和技巧。

-Ability to meet goals and deadlines. 具备实现目标和限期的能力。

-Planning and organizational ability. 具备计划和组织能力。

-Analytical ability. 具备善于分析问题的能力。

-English knowledge (spoken and written). 英语流利（口语和书写）。

 

Job responsibilities:

-Technical verification of all audit reports and all related relevant documentation, including audits evidences; 对公司所有审核报告以及相关的审核文件，包括审核证据，进行技术方面的审阅。

-Support in the preparation of technical activities monthly reports; 协助编制审核技术方面的月度报告。

-Support in the preparation and participation in calibration meetings and technical discussions to BSCI Auditors; 协助准备和参加校准会议以及与BSCI审核员的技术讨论。

-Ensures that all technical activity related to the performance of audits is performed; 确保所有与审核质量有关的技术要求得以执行。

-Support to Auditors’ Management of APCER in China, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and supervision of auditors. 协助中国区审核员的管理，包括审核员的招聘、培训、评估和监督。
