Job responsibilities:

1.Synthesize large amounts of 2nd hand data and information of industry, category, key players, business model, which Nabati is playing and will play, and translate them into meaningful and actionable insights.

2.Translate business and brand challenge into research objectives, formulate research projects, and draft insightful and actionable insights to facilitate leadership team and stakeholder's decision making.

3.Run various research projects with closely working with internal teams and external qualified agencies, projects include not limited into new market entry, U&A, product innovation, investment effectiveness, and communication related.

4.Gig out juicing insights especially for AC  nelsen data, support for actions generation and run routine internal cascading.

5.Build eCommerce data and insights system with support from external agency and TP, internal eCommerce and marketing team.

Requirements : 

1.Bachelor degree or equivalent discipline with good professional foundation and knowledge.

2.More than 6 years working experience in reputable FMCG research function or research house, food industry or food category projects experience is preferred; Strong knowledge of market research principles and practices with demonstrated capability in both qualitative, quantitative and secondary research.

3.Strong communication, multiple task management skill and can work under pressure.
