岗位职责：

1. 协助QA主任进行FSSC22000、HACCP、GMP体系运行的监督，落实体系运营。
2. 协助进行SC证、CIQ、CNAS等申请的文件准备及提交、审核前的准备。
3. 协助质量管理主任进行GMP整改、内审整改进度的跟进。
4. 遵守公司安全政策与操作规程，确保安全生产。
5. 负责月报资料的完成（包括工厂KPI、技术会议报告等）。
6. 定期进行工厂GMP检查、卫生检查，并完成检查报告。
7. 协助管理体系文件，制定体系文件并维护。
8. 定期完成顾客满意度调查，对调查结果进行分析，每月/每年对顾客投诉信息进行统计分析。
9. 协助质量管理主任完成设备/仪器内部校准工作。
10. 参与外来施工人员GMP培训，以及销售人员培训。
11. 负责原料、样品、产品第三方送检，报告扫描、归档、整理。
12. 及时处理收到的顾客投诉，并完成投诉调查报告，跟进顾客对处理的满意程度。
13. 成上级交办的其他任务。

工作经历：

2年或以上食品行业工作经验，有体系文件编写、体系推行工作经验更佳。熟悉GMP、FSSC22000、HACCP等体系。

学历：

食品安全/食品工程等专业毕业更佳。

知识技能：

熟悉国家、地方及企业关于产品的国家标准、行业标准、企业标准、生产许可、技术监督等方面的法律法规及政策。良好的计算机能力，有体系文件制定、企业标准制定和体系审核经验，有QS申请、审核经验。
