？ Keep record of applications to GMO, review the applications to ensure the process compliance and understand the background, and present to GM for approval
？ Organize management meetings, including calendar and meeting room reservation, consolidating presentations, taking and distributing minutes, following up results on action items, and present minutes progress in the next meeting
？ Oversee trainee to improve GMO intelligence competence, consolidate existing external data from department, and establish a methodology to compile the data into management report
？ Provide ad hoc business support to GM, including English/Chinese translation, drafting documents and presentations, as well as other tasks as assigned by GM
？ Manage travel arrangements, including ticket and accommodation for GM, and travel requests from team
？ Provide administrative support, such as daily lunch arrangements for GM, guest reception, and arrange catering/refreshments during business meetings
？ Budget and manage GMO expense, including T&E and other expenses from subscriptions
？ Provide other support as GM requests
