岗位职责

1、参与质量分析，编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡，确定质量控制点；

2、确定控制程序和必要的工装，确保过程质量和最终检验的控制；

3、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；

4、持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施；

5、负责质量管理体系的维护与控制。

任职资格

1、2年以上质量相关岗位工作经验；

2、熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系与客户验厂；

3、能熟练运用质量管理工具和方法，会办公软件；

3、工作认真负责、严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力，以及良好的团队协作精神。

东莞市卓越研磨材料有限公司、苏州永翔研磨科技有限公司该两家企业是ＰCB、FPC及半导体行业周边研磨材料生产、研发、销售于一体的专业企业。公司在致力于自主研发的基础上，于2005年成功引进先进生产设备及生产技术，在国内生产不织布刷辊、尼龙针状刷辊、陶瓷刷辊、火山灰、涂布辊轮、耐高温耐酸碱研磨特种橡胶滚轮、吸水滚轮等系列产品。随着业务的迅速发展壮大，近年来公司又先后在广东、江苏等地建立了生产基地及销售服务中心，以及时满足各个区域市场的产品供应。
Suzhou Yongxiang Abrasive Technology Co., Ltd and Dongguan Zhuoyue Abrasive Material Co., Ltd are special enterprises integrating production, R&D and sales of peripheral materials of the PCB, FPC and semiconductor industries. The company commits itself to independent development, and successfully introduced advanced production facilities and production techniques in 2005. The company produces series products, such as nonwoven brush roller, nylon bristle brush roller, ceramic brush roller, ash brush roller, coating roller, special rubber roller with resistance against high temperature, acid and alkali, and abrasion, and suction roller, etc. With the rapid development and growth of the business, the company has established production bases and sales & service centers in Guangdong, Jiangsu and other provinces recently, so as to meet the requirements on product supply in various areas.
