职位描述
岗位要求：
1.新进设备的评估、安装、调试、试用跟进工作；
2.设备的周、月、年度保养计划及实施工作；
3.设备的故障现场维修工作；
4.设备及辅助生产设备的管理工作；
5.设备生产程序的管理；
6.技术员的培训及管理工作；
7.新产品的试产导入跟进；
岗位职责：
1.能适应白夜班，吃苦耐劳，具备较强的团队意识；
2.能够管理好现场；
3.熟悉松下：NPM-03，雅马哈:Ys24、YG12、YV100XP型号，贴片机的操作；AOI测试；
4.快速处理设备异常，不影响生产；
5.产线设备的稼动率（效率）的提升；
6.协助工艺工程师对产线产品的品质不良分析改善工作。
