【工作综述（General description）】

1.  Have direct customer interface requiring presentations, solicitation for new projects development, and on-going communications.  Establish relationships with key customer management staff and decision makers to increase new business to meet sales targets.  Display or demonstrate products, using samples or catalogue, and emphasize technical capabilities and materials applications.

 2. Transfer programs between North America and Asia.

【工作职责（Responsibilities）】

* 日常工作(Daily work):

1. Monitor and track progress of projects in order to meet customer's requested schedule.  Oversight includes material availability, engineering and production readiness, and quality assurance tests.

2. Generate monthly sales performance and weekly programs progress reports.

3. Host customer visit to Wuxi and Shenzhen plant.

* 改善(Improvement)：

Ensure smooth transition of new programs from design build, FAQ (First Article Qualification), APQP, PPAP, design change management, pre-production and mass production and vendor management programs.

* 合作(Cooperation)：

Facilitate the execution of value engineering with Customer Engineers to define process improvements and materials selections to meet specific performance requirements for product applications.

* 其他(Others)：

1. Complete related reports on time.

2. Other works assigned .

【所需资格条件（Qualifications）】

1.  Minimum four years sales, marketing or program management experience in electronics industry.

2.  Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science preferred but actual experience in die-cutting parts or application of gasket, electrical insulation, or thermally conductive materials in the computer and electronics will be considered。

【学历和技能条件(Education &Skills)】

1. Work with USA Boyd sales team on OEM/ODM projects sales leads and able to follow through the whole sales cycle in China from sales presentation, material selection, quotation, value engineering, FAQ (First Article Qualification), APQP, PPAP, ECN to VMI programs.

2.  Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.

3.  Proficient use of MS/IOS software and ability to learn CAD programs and MRP as required
