Job Purpose:

AP/AR Accountant is key role to in accordance with the regulations of the company to control the expense budget,review payment application and accurately record expenses,to ensure the safety of company's assets,and assist the accounting manager to provide accurate and timely financial reporting that comliances with local GAAP and tax laws to statutory authorities and business partners.

Critical Role & Responsiblity:

1.Enhance the AP process to ensure the accuracy, internal control compliance and efficiency improvement

-Execute and oversee day-to-day operating accounting activies AP,FA,T&l, Due to Due From.

-Support the trade payable recognition/payment release on daily basis according to the company policy and GAAP.

-Support indirect procurement with new vendor bidding,creation & vendor contract management.

2.Fixed Assets Management

-Responsible for daily management of fixed assets, indude purchase,write off,physical count.

-Calculate monthly fixed assets depreciation.

3.Expense Budget Control

-Support the manager on the operation expense budgeting process and actual performance tracking.

4.Cash Flow Management/Analysis is/Forecast

-Booking bank accouts and regualary reconcile with GL.

-Support the manager to do cash flow forecast.

5.Tax Filing and Statutory Reports

-Support the manager to complete the statutory reports of Corporate and branches,including new branch license application,statutory report package.

-Conduct timely tax filing and reconciliation, including VAT,CIT,Deferred Tax etc.

Requirement

1.Qualified accountant and degree holder

2.2-5 years finance relevant working experience, especially in AP/AR modules

3.MGF industry experience is preferred

4.Good communication skills,hands-on, drive improvements and can-do attitude
