Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage and implement the company’s digital & automation strategy in line with company’s objectives and priorities

2. Work with client closely to identify requirements and to document the requirements for vendor to develop

3. Work with operations to re-engineer process flow for more customer focused, higher productivity, better quality and faster service

4. Develop metrics to measure success of digital and automation projects

5. Develop and manage process to benchmark and share best practices in digital and automation projects

6. Train and develop teams in adopting digital and automation tools

7. Work with internal IT team and external subcontractors for digital and automation project development. Able to manage outsourced IT projects.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years proven track records in client facing solution. Previous experiences in testing laboratory will be highly preferred

2. Understanding leading edge technologies in digital transformation and automation, preferably in testing laboratory areas

3. Successful complicated IT tools/system development experience as Project Manager.

4. Degree in IT or Business or Engineering or Science

5. Good communication skills. Able to communicate with top management, Operations, IT and external subcontractors

6. Good project management skills. PMP qualification preferred

7. Willing to travel within China

8. Proficient in English and Chinese

9. Proficient in computer software such as Windows and Office.
