岗位职责：

1、全面主持企业管理工作，制订企业中长期发展战略目标；

2、根据集团发展战略规划，制定企业年度经营计划、绩效考核方案并组织实施；

3、搭建高效组织和团队，培育及选拔优秀人才，组织制订公司管理机构的设置方案和基本管理制度；

4、完成集团下达的经营目标，实现公司业务和投资回报的稳步、快速增长，提升品牌形象；

5、全面负责运营管理，在财务、人力资源、生产计划、成本控制、质量管理等方面有较强的领导能力和控制能力；

6、对本行业的市场环境、发展前景有深刻的理解，能准确把握行业发展趋势，实现企业发展目标。

7、能全面协调处理好政府职能部门、金融部门工作关系。

任职资格:

1、35-50岁，冶金、机械、材料等相关专业本科以上学历；

2、15年以上相关行业工作经验， 5年以上相关行业生产管理工作经验；至少3年以上同等职位工作经验或大型相关企业同等岗位工作经验。

3、具备出色的战略规划、组织、协调和实施能力，以及处理各类复杂问题的应变能力和高度的工作责任感；

4、思维敏捷、观念前瞻、行事严谨、逻辑性强，非常强的执行力和团队整合能力；

5、为人诚恳及具有良好的职业操守。
