Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for manufacturing process development, and process improvement in term of product quality, productivity and product cost including and not limit to automation introduction, fixture and jig design etc.
2.Support new product introduction including design change, daily monitor production lines.
3.Lead or co-operate with other functional team to investigate and resolve product quality issue, material issues, and customer complaint. With advanced manufacturing engineering skills develop innovative solutions, quickly troubleshoot and correct day-to-day operational problems.
4.Lean manufacturing cycle time and standard time study and review.
5.Ensure critical product and process design issues are identified and resolved.
6.Stay on the top of manufacturing technology and processes in the industry to meet the needs of company's growth and customer requirement.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in machanical. 5+ years experiences in electronics manufacturing industry, or relevant, connector manufacturing industry relevant as plus. Familiar with mechanical assembly for small unit, including assembly, bonding and marking etc.
2.Hands-on knowledge and skills on process development including fixture, automotive equipment design. Lean manufacturing experience as plus. Detailed understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles and methodology.
3.Work with Production and other functions to develop new manufacturing process. Initiate, evaluation and approve manufacturing process (process flow, fixture, equipment etc.) before mass production started. Follow new project schedule to ensure the manufacturing process readiness.
4.Monitor product line and identify opportunity for improvement. Review and approve the process change request, review product design and provide DFM inputs.
5.Good communication and reporting skills; ability to communicate well at all levels internally and externally, oral English is needed.
6.Honest, good teamwork and result oriented.
