1. Administration work for Managing Director

        

- Filter phone calls, invitations, mails to Managing Director

    

- Keep documents filing in well system

    

- Handle LGSM / PO / Documents for approval or signature

    

- Managing Director Travel expenses claims and recording

    

1. Assistant to Managing Director

        

- Prepare letters, memos, correspondence under the instruction of the Management level

    

- Proposed business guests name list and follow up the RSVPs to events / brand activities

    

- Effectively managing Managing Director’s calendar / meeting / trip agenda / relevant logistics

    

- Be main contact windows for all senior executives from HQ and arrange high level business meeting / event with hotel / logistics / visa and relevant supporting

    

- Prepare headquarter visitors agenda and relevant arrangements

    

- Handle personal affairs

    

- Acting as point of contact of brand

    

- Any assignments requested, including adhoc presentations, memos to organization, and communication from the Managing Director to the organization

    

- Support clients invitation, confirm client number, even daily photo report.

    

- Be the ears of the Managing Director for any issue that may require his/her attention

    

- Translate at business meetings, job interviews, and internal or external events

    

1. Assistant to leadership team and organization

        

- Handle expense claims of 2 of the directors (Commercial, Marketing), according to policy

    

- Prepare, coordinate and be involved in internal events: annual company outing, annual conferences, Vacheron Constantin annual commercial partner seminar, team building events
