1. 负责和主导S&OP需求协同会议，包括但不限于收集、整理和分析销售预测、客户需求、市场信息。

Leads the S&OP Demand Consensus meeting, including but not limited to gather, analyze the sales forecast, customer demand and market information.

2.创建统计预测，基于销售预测、统计预测和客户预测建立共识预测，通过分析需求模式和变化来维持最优库存水平

Creates statistical forecasts for planning purposes, building consensus forecasts based on sales forecast, statistical forecast, and customer forecast, maintain optimal inventory level by analyzing demand patterns and changes.

3. 分析库存结构.跟进库存周转率，协助完成销售运营计划中指定关键客户的库存计划。

Analyzes the inventory structures, follows up the inventory turns, and assists manager to make the inventory plan in S&OP level for key customers.

4. 负责收集各部门关键KPI，包括但不限于采购，财务，项目，持续跟进改进各项指标。

Collects the KPIs from but not limited to purchasing, finance, PM, and continuously follows up the action and improvement plan.

5. 参与所有销售运营计划会议,做好会归档会议记录。

Attends all S&OP meetings, makes and documents meeting minutes notes.

6. 其余销售运营计划相关工作。包括协助做资源分析（物料，人力，产能，关键机器设备，空间等）。

Others related to S&OP, include assists resource analyzing (materials, HC, capacity, key machines, space, etc.)

7.其它上级指派的任务。

Other duties may be assigned.

1. 本科学历(统计学/数学相关专业优先)，3年以上需求计划、主计划、生产计划经验优先

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably related to statistics/mathematics) and 3+ years’ experience in demand planner, master planner and production planner are preferred,

2. APICS认证优先考虑或致力于(CPIM)

 APICS Certification preferred or working toward (CPIM)

3. 熟悉金蝶或其他大型ERP系统(如Oracle或SAP)者优先。

Working knowledge of Kingdee, or other larger ERP Systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.

4. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，以及有效的决策能力和对细节的高度关注。

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in addition to effective decision-making skills and excellent attention to detail.

5. 良好的英语书写能力，英语口语流利者优先。

Skillful writing ability in English is mandatory, fluent oral English skill is preferred.

6. 熟悉Excel, Word, Power Point等办公软件。熟悉Power BI或者Power query者优先。

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Skills in Power BI and Power query are preferred.

7. 能够处理数学概念，如概率和统计推断。对预测方法感兴趣（移动平均，指数平滑等)

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.  Have interest in forecasting methods (moving average, exponential smoothing).

8. 对库存管理实践和程序有扎实的理解。

 Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

9. 必须具备较强的管理、多任务处理能力和组织能力。

Must possess strong administrative, multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.

10. 表达能力突出，能够自如地向组织的各个层次的人表达

 Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to people at all levels of the organization.
