岗位描述/职责

    

1.创建客户代码

    

2.与总部的CSD BD团队就客户的特殊商业条款进行协调（如付款条件）

    

3.及时监控采购订单并核查内容与客户签订合同并跟进

    

4.提出付款请求并跟踪确认，准备发票寄送

    

5.根据客户的需求提供机器保养和移机的报价

    

6.与财务部协调，开具机器保养和移机的发票并依据情况需要进行更正

    

7.负责零部件和售后服务部的应收账款催款，跟进客户未付款项情况，在SAP中更新付款状态

    

8.协助售后服务中心主管的工作（如：准备报告、统计数据等）

    

9.协助区域服务经理核查：

    

   a)服务工程师的费用报销是否与工作计划相符（如：出行距离，耗时，地点[家，客户方，酒店]）

    

   b)将已签署的服务报告归档

    

10.协助服务工程师的出差安排

    

11.完成上级布置的其他任务

    

    

Job Description/Responsibility

    

1.       Create customer master file for new customers

    

2.        Coordinate with CSD BD Team EA regarding  special commercial terms for customers

  (e.g. payment terms)

    

3.       Monitor timely receipt of purchase orders and check content. Issue and follow up on contracts with customer

    

4.       Issue payment requests and follow up on confirmation to prepare for sending the fapiao

    

5.       Provide quotation of machine maintenance and relocate according to customer's requirement

    

6.       Coordinate with accounting to issue fapiao (invoice) for machine maintenance and relocate and initiate corrections if applicable

    

7.       Responsible for accounts receivable collection for parts and service, follow-up with customers on open payments, updating of payment status in SAP

    

8.       Support the team leader in his function (e.g. prepare reports, statistics, …)

    

9.       Support the Regional Service Manager for checking:

    

a)      Expense reports of service engineers are according to scheduled jobs (e.g. travel distances, timing, locations [home, customer, hotel])

    

b)      Signed service reports for each job was filed

    

10.    Assist in travel arrangements for service engineers

    

11.    Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

Engel, established in 1945 by Mr. Ludwig Engel, plays a leading role in global injection moulding machine market. The headquarter locates in Schwertberg Austria, ENGEL follows family owned management mode with which guarantees stabilization of the company and continues development of product and service. With more than 60 years experience of manufacturing injection moulding machine becomes one of the largest manufacturer in this industry. ENGEL has total 9 factories all over the world, locates in Europe, Asia (Korean/Pyungtaek，China/Shanghai) and America/York etc. ENGEL branches spread over 20 countries and representative offices over 70 countries.
ENGEL Shanghai is the eighth production facility of ENGEL group all over the world. The first phase was opened on May 19, 2009, has a production floor space of over 8 000 m2 for the manufacturing and assembly of machine components for the large-scale Duo series in Shanghai. 1000 m2 of modern offices provide ample space for sales, service and training. The 2nd phase was completed on April 20, 2012, with double the capacity. The extension is about 21,000 m2.In 2017, the 10th Anniversary and Phase 4 Opening Ceremony held on September 12th.
