- Perform DFA/DFM at EVT and DVT stages
- Generate and release product cookbook (debug/service manual) prior production start
- Perform in depth secondary FA on Customer Satisfaction Audit failed unit and provide solution - Perform FA on PPP (Printer Performance Parameter) and Printing Test units
- Review PPAP/CpCpK report and decide risk run for critical component to support production need
- Lead and drive top level ETE yield improvement
- Provide Value Engineering (cost reduction) services thru product design change, process and test procedure improvement
- Monitor and drive mechanical part delivery to ensure no line down
