This job require most of the time work in factory:

1. Deeply involved in factory details, focus on factory order management and daily performance
2. Coordinate order process, material delivery and logistic together with factory team;
3. Track production planning and execution, daily output, production abnormal
4. Inventory tracking, safety stock, components order bases and forecast.
5. Track component purchase and delivery in factory supplier chain, issue the risk.
6. Regular updates of factory daily business and management
7. Drive factory to make improvements
8. Work closely with German purchasing team

Qualification:

1. Electronic product Factory work experience, familiar with factory process
2. BOM management and order following experience
3. Good English communication skills, oral and written.
4. Self motivated, out-going character
5. Familiar with Microsoft packages
