协助高级顾问/顾问完成候选人的甄选、面试安排、文件准备等推荐相关工作。
Key Responsibilities

1. 根据高级顾问/顾问的指引针对某一特定职位进行分析，包括：职位分析、行业分析、职能定位、客户竞争对手归类、职位薪酬分析、职位吸引力评定等工作；
2. 收集职位相关市场信息，并通过各种途径进行候选人搜寻，并对其进行初步筛选，为高级顾问/顾问进行人才甄选提供初步人选；
3. 对职位搜寻过程中遇到的问题进行分析并提出自己的建议；
4. 候选人各轮面试安排跟进协调，与候选人呢保持紧密联系，随时掌握其动态并及时汇报给该职位项目负责人；
5. 跟进项目其他环节，如出offer、候选人签订offer、候选人辞职及入职跟进，以及入职以后的人员回访；
Person Specifications

1.德行端正、有较高的道德底线；
2.本科学历，应届毕业生亦可；
3. 愿意从新人做起，聪明、勤奋、上进，有勇气挑战高薪；
4. 执行能力强、有较强的事务处理能力、做事情有责任心、能够在压力下工作；
5. 有意愿从事销售行业的优先；
6.具备基本的英文读写能力；

Job Title: Researcher

Responsibility:
1. Analyze positions to make clear the searching channels and know about target companies.
2. Analyze and research the talent pool & market via approaching a world of candidates.
3. Prepare target companies & persons shortlist to clarify talent searching map.
4. First contact and select candidates and recommend to consultant.
5. Arrange interview and follow up the feedback from Candidates.
6.Accomplish other issues assigned by consultant.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good logic thinking and analysis ability
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Hard working and hands-on style
5.Be able to work under pressure
