Qualification:

1. Mustt have basic knowledge on shoe making process
2. Proficient in oral and written English communication
3. Willing to be assigned to any location in China
4. Must be able to work with people of different nationalities
5. Preferably college graduate

Responsibilities:

1. Regularly updates the production manager on the status of factory assigned
2. Conducts regular quality and process audit of the entire manufacturing process
3. Conducts final inspection of all the orders produced prior to shipment / delivery
4. Monitors the working condition of the workers and give reports significant information, if any
5. Laiases with the branch director and the customer service group in the absence of the production manager
