1.负责亚马逊平台的总体运营； 

2.负责制定店铺运营策略计划及执行； 

3.根据公司制定的目标，做出销售和营销策略，完成目标；

4.上架产品，优化listing,广告促销等销售运营工作； 

5.统计分析网站流量、产品排名、投放广告，不断调整达到最优化；

6.分析竞争对手，以及市场动态，不断调整自己的销售策略；

岗位要求：

1.两年以上亚马逊跨境电商工作经验，熟悉亚马逊平台规则;

2.大专以上学历，精通英语； 

3.超强的客户意识，对消费者行为有很好的敏锐度和理解力，追求极致的客户体验 ;

4.具有良好的网络营销策划技巧，有出众的数据分析，敏锐的市场洞察力与反应力；
