Marketing Program Operation
This position takes the responsibility to manage a partner marketing program with domestic top cloud computing companies. Scopes but not limited as below:
? Localize global program guideline and formulate local guidance book.
? Oversee all phases of program implementation like new partner enrollment, campaign creative review, campaign effectiveness measurement and address partners’ questions in 48h SLA.
? Collaborate with program backend support teams like IT, finance and audit team to make sure program run smoothly.
? Regular program guideline, tool and message trainings to partners.
? Regular program operation review with HQ/Local program office and sales team.
? Year to end program operation and insights reporting to program office.
This position will also take the responsibility to support other co-marketing activities:
? Collaborate with cross-function teams (digital and social marketing teams, sales team), partners and 3rd party vendors (marketing agencies, media/content/event agencies) to deliver multi-touch media campaigns.
? Event support including media, social promotion and onsite coordination.

Requirement

? Fluent oral and written in English and Chinese Mandarin

? Strong detail orientation, initiative & ability in finding and solving problems

? Good cross-functional communication skills

? Have knowledge on program management, media/vendor experience, event and B2B marketing sense.
