A. Main Purpose of the Role

? In charge of GL accounting of WeEn entities

? Ensure the accurate and timely booking of payroll, OPEX accruals etc

? Support monthly BS reconciliation

? Shanghai Site Finance

B. Key Areas of Accountability:

? Manage Monthly Closing Activities for WeEn NC/HK/UK, including not limited:

o Monthly payroll

o OPEX accruals

o Prepayment amortizations

o Bank fees

? Prepare monthly BS reconciliation for WeEn NC/HK/UK

? Support both banking activities and Misc. tasks related to local government as Site Finance

? Supporting annual audit

? Support SAP enhancement

? Ad hoc tasks

C. Requirements (Education, Experience, Technical Skills)

? Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

? Around 5 years experiences in accounting, or pure big 4 experience

? Good sense on Accounting standard

? SAP key user is preferred

? China CPA or ACCA is preferred

E. Key Issues Facing the Role (Development items):

? Process customer statement.

? Monthly closing activities to ensure A/R proper cut off.

The company’s holding is registered in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province. Business operations officially began in January 2016 and the operational headquarters located in Shanghai and the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries and branches including: the front-end fabrication in Jilin, north east China, the warehouse and distribution center in Hong Kong and research and development centers in Shanghai and Manchester, UK.
