工作职责：

To Define and Implement the Strategy                                                   

     1、According to TEG MAG ferrite global strategy, develop the business in the assigned regions together with the local sales organization.

  2、Monitor market developments, especially pay attention to supply/ demand, prices, application developments. Analyze market trends and development of the competitors.

To Define and Support to reach the TO budget                                                   

     1、Prepare and finalize the sales plans with the local sales organization.

     2、Provide support to sales, including product presentations and training, quotations, inventories, quality related problems, definition of logistic agreements as well as general logistic support.

To Support the product and application innovation                                                    

     1、Definition of new products / projects based on the input from sales and the available R&D resources.

     2、Co-ordination of the communication between R&D and sales.                                                                                  

     3、Organize Market survey to get prompt information regarding new requirement, target price, Competitor situation.                                                                

To Be Customer representative                                                    

     1、Acting as customer representative to ensure the customer requirements are addressed.

     2、Maintain effective communicate between sales and production for technical and Quality related issues.                                                                                  

     3、Establish and maintain trustworthy relationship and effective communication between the factory and sales/ customers.           

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree in Magnetic materials major / Electronic Engineering

2. 3 years experience of electronic components, preferably having ferrite knowledge

3. Fluent written and oral English

4. Be able to travel frequently
