工作职责：

机械组管理工作

  1.参考上级定义的本组绩效项目，定义本组的考核目标，并跟进

  2.定义本组个人绩效项目和考核目标，并跟进

  3.制定各种有效改善措施，以提高小组及成员绩效

  4.分配安排本组内的工作，并给出指导意见

  5.完成上级指派的本组日常管理以外的工作

  6.准备本组内的管理数据和项目报告

机械设计管理

  1.制定及优化工装夹具/模具管理规定

  2.制定及优化工装夹具/模具/机加工零配件图纸的编号和保存管理规定

  3.制定及优化用于优化设计的标准化图纸管理规

项目跟进

  1.主导跟进本组内的相关项目

  2.协助跟进部门内其它组或外部门的相关项目

  3.完成上级指派的本组日常管理以外的工作

其它工作

  1.协助对应产线紧急需求的画图设计、加工工作

  2.参加相关审核工作

  3.自我及下属的技术和管理能力评估与提升

  4.小组内成员的5S及安全、纪律管理    

任职要求：

1.   大专以上学历，机械设计、自动化等机械相关专业；

2.   5年以上制造企业相关机械加工工艺、工装夹具设计经验

3.   熟悉模具及产品结构，有生产现场跟进及改善经验，能看懂机械制图，能操作CAD或PRO/E、SolidWorks等相关软件者优；

4.   3年以上团队管理经验，有独立完成项目经验

5.   良好的中英文读写能力，英文口语优者佳；良好的沟通和协调能力；熟悉IATF系统的知识； 团队协作及客户导向
