职位描述
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Be responsible for supporting employees’ HR/WD system related queries through phone call/ticketing system/Email
Record all the key information and create tickets in the ticketing system
Participate in system testing
HR Portal maintenance
Provide reports/analysis for internal purposes or site HR
Other tasks assigned by team leader
China and HK, being tax consultant for HRBPs and CoE team.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Proficiency in Excel, and sensitive to data
Proficiency in written English
Strong sense of responsibility
Strong sense of customer oriented
Associate or Bachelor degree or refresh graduate is acceptable
Excel Macro ability will be a plus.
