PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION

?    Promotes new material system enhancements and functionalities to appropriate CC’s, LO’s product development teams and T1’s.
?    Understand seasonal, midterm and long-term business strategy and requirements on the business needs. Balance customer requests and supplier’s constraints by managing expectations from both sides to ensure a higher success rate.
?    Act as the main contact point in A&G Sourcing for material relevant system capabilities and drive the proper implementation of scalable material sourcing systems and processes by streamlining the existing one.
 

Key Responsibilities

?    Manage system enhancements and updated functionalities with all related T1 suppliers, CC’s/LO cross functional teams.
?    Enhance material development process, to facilitate efficient cross-functional team communication and work flow. Monitor process implementation, collect feedback and drive for continuous streamlining and optimization.
?    Maintain updated data base of material libraries, toolboxes and price list in regard of availability, quality, updated prices by going through detailed constant/active material list. Provide trainings to relevant stakeholders, in order to use the material systems accurately and with high efficiency.
?    Meeting with cross functional teams from LO’s and CC’s. Defines and initiates action steps in case of system low performance.
?    Resolve daily operational challenges in material sourcing with CC’s, LO’s and T1 suppliers; monitor and analyse the process performance of Sourcing and Supplier teams, in collaboration of IT team to resolve system issues through ASPEN tickets.

职位要求：
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
?    Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on engineering of textile/dyeing and finishing/chemistry. Specialty should focus on macromolecule material, textile engineering, dyeing and finishing or other material-related fields.
?    Technology knowledge and at least three-year experience on sport goods and materials including leather, textile and reformation of polymer; knowledge of A&G products and material systems is a plus.
?    Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to work under a diverse culture.
?    Fluent English (verbal and written) and advance MS office skills
?    Frequent trips and visits are necessary.
