Objectives:
Responsible for HLTY business performance reporting & analysis based on topline in multi dimensions
(including product line, channel, region, competition type, period etc.), provide regular and ad-hoc business
analysis and market research to support decision making for commercial leaders.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and insightful reports and dashboards;
- Engage with different functions of HLTY to understand critical needs and issues to be solved and act
as ambassador to coordinate different teams to work out solutions
- Conduct regular market research and client intel to identify growth areas and hot sectors and participate
in HLTY SBU projects
- Assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes;
- Other Ad-hoc data analysis to support business growth;
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements.

Skills and Requirements:
- Data Driven, high level analytical skills.
- Self-starter, disciplined and process-driven, motivated to learn and expand skill sets;
- Good communication skills to enable efficient collaboration across different functions;
- Fluency in oral and written English;
- Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel, Power point, and Power BI

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or
equivalent;
- Prefer to have 1-3 years of experience in data/sales/financial analysis.
