• FG exporting Customs declaration.

• Weekly OTD review and feedback to CS to push forward the delivery to meet sales revenue target.

每周按期交货的回顾跟进。为促进销售目标达成及时反馈给客服部以推动出货进程。

• Tax refund documental management.

相关退税单据的收集管理。

• Weekly & Monthly payment verification and payment application and record in related files for tracking.

周度或月度运输费用的核对及付款申请。并记录在档方便追踪。

Other tasks assigned by management 其它领导完排下的任务。

经验及学历要求Experience/Education Required:

• Junior university diploma or above.

专科以上学历

• At least 3 years of experiences or more in similar activity is mandatory.  More preferable if has experience for handling US shipments

至少3年以上的相关经验。有处理过美国出货的经验者优先。

• Sound knowledge of fundamental material handling processes as applicable including customer order fulfillment activities & shipping, packaging, receiving, supply documentation, and material distribution and/or delivery as assigned.

全方面物流包括客户订单的满足相关的出货及包装，收料及文件要求及物料分配或运输等知识。

• Facility may require experience in Lean Manufacturing (COS) or other continuous improvement.

• Ability to effectively address questions from managers, employees, and/or customers or suppliers.

• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts with respect to job-related situations.

• Basic knowledge of transactions within ERP systems (SAP) is preferred.
