工作职责： 
1、人员招聘与配置： 
1）根据公司人力资源招聘需求，编制人员招聘计划书； 
2）建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系； 
3）操作线上招聘（网站）和线下招聘（行业专场招聘、校园招聘）； 
4）有丰富的面试甄选经验，能根据不同的岗位要求设置相应的面试场景及考核内容； 
5）完成招聘结果数据统计工作。 
2、人员培训与开发： 
1）开发、制作、统计年度培训工作计划； 
2）组织安排各部门主管及员工培训，并进行考核及有效性评估，培训档案入册存档。 
3、绩效、薪酬、福利： 
1）根据行业及岗位特性，制订切实可行的绩效管理制度。 
2）负责公司人员考勤的核算工作； 
3）负责公司员工福利及五险一金的统计、缴纳管理工作； 
4）负责社保年审及缴费基数申报工作； 
5）负责人员公积金启封、封存，提取及转移等工作。 
4、劳动关系管理 
1）负责员工劳动合同的签订与续签管理工作； 
2）负责员工的调动、入职、转正、离职、辞退手续的办理。人事档案的整理与存档； 
3）办理人员参保、停保、社保转移等工作。 
4）负责各种劳动纠纷处理，并与地方劳动管理部门沟通、协调，规避用工风险； 
5）熟悉劳动仲裁程序，调节和处理员工投诉，解决发生的各种纠纷、矛盾，处理员工各种违法违纪行为。 

工作经验: 
1）人力资源、管理或相关专业毕业，三年以上人事实战工作经验； 
2）对人力资源各项工作模块（人力资源规划、招聘与配置、培训与开发、绩效管理、薪酬福利管理、劳动关系管理）有娴熟的处理技能； 
3）在人员招聘方面如有成功经验者，均可优先录用。 
4）思维敏捷，具有亲和力，并有极强的协调及沟通能力。
