工作职责：

  

1.      收取客户海运订舱委托， 与国外客户确认船期、柜型等重要信息。

  

2.      安排向船东订舱，录入相关内外部系统并跟进订舱确认。

  

3.      与客户、船东协调确保船期按确认执行。

  

4.      跟进货物状态更新、单证制作及船开后的开票、收款、放单事宜。

  

5.      确保优质的客户体验及协助完成公司、部门的各项业务指标。

  

要求：

  

需有单证或海运客服经验

  

有志于在物流行业长期发展。

  

1.      有国际贸易、外语、物流等相关专业背景， 或有1-2年国际货运代理行业经验。

  

2.      英文写作、阅读无障碍， 可与国外同事及客户顺畅沟通

  

3.      耐心、细致、高效、合作
