1. Responsible for improving the company-level quality system and compiling the company-level quality management manual; 

2. Responsible for the quality management of the whole chain products from R&D to incoming materials, new product introduction, mass production and after-sales; 

3. Responsible for the formulation of the company's product quality standards, promoting and coordinating the implementation of production according to the quality standards of each business division;

4. Assisted in the research and development of new products and the formulation of process standards;

5. Coordinate all departments to deal with major quality improvement and cost reduction projects, and settled continuous quality technical standards;

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical automation, mechatronics integration, working experience in machine processing industry is preferred;

2. More than 5 years of experience in quality management of medium and large scale manufacturing industry, with professional skills in quality planning, quality control and quality improvement;

3. Proficient in the quality control in the aspects of machining products from R&D, incoming materials, production and sales; Experience in cooling industry is preferred, familiar with machining process (extrusion, stamping, die casting, injection molding, CNC, lathe, etc.);

4. Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, QC080000, ISO14001 management system and quality regulations;

5. Strong leadership, insight, communication skills and analytical skills; 

6. Strong dedication and sense of responsibility;
