岗位职责：

1.As a proactive cross-functional teammate within teams & departments.

作为团队和部门内的主动跨职能团队成员。

2.As a leading role of developer starting from reviewing ID concept towards ramp phase.

作为开发人员的主导角色，从审查ID概念开始，一直到爬坡生产阶段。

3. As a key contact window with client ID/PD/Engineering.

作为客户ID/PD/工程的关键联络窗口。

4. Define and establish program engineering documents including: BOM、Process Flow Chart

、2D/3D 、Tooling DFM/Process DFA.

定义和建立项目工程文件，包括：BOM、流程图、2D/3D图、模具DFM/工艺DFA等。

5. Define and implement DOE to tackle technical issues on tooling/material/product construction/geometry & aesthetic/process parameter.

定义并实施DOE，以解决模具/材料/产品结构/几何和美观/工艺参数方面的技术问题。

6. Continually review product performance and process and when indicated makes recommendations.

持续审查产品性能和过程，需要时提出有关产品性能的建议。

任职条件：

1.Bachelor's Degree  in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering.

本科及以上学历，产品设计、机械工程类相关专业。

2. 5 years experience in new product development.

5年以上新产品开发工作经验。

3. Experience in engineering documentation like, DFM/DFA, FMEA, Flow Chart, MIP, etc.

有工程文档方面的经验，如：DFM/DFA、FMEA、流程图、MIP等。

4. Strong experience in 3D.三维绘图能力强。

5.Strong understanding in manufacturing process such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping, CNC machining, with a preference towards fabric welding for dry/waterproof bags.

对塑料注塑成型、金属冲压、CNC加工等制造工艺有很强的了解，优先考虑有防水织物材料经验。

6.Good command of written/spoken English and Mandarin.
