Position information:

1. Work within IT Operation team to manage the operation, support and maintenance of all the applications in Greater China region, and the planning / deployment  of local solutions
2. Responsible to manage the business requirement. Proactively collect business requirements maintain a list accordingly and plan a solution implementation roadmap. Applying professional knowledge to propose solutions for new requirement, can not only cooperate with central team to create change request or project approval applications based on the existing cooperate system platform, but also can independently design local solutions and find suitable partners to complete the implementation work. Take the leading role in the local application projects, control the budget and project schedule, supervise and manage the progress and delivery of multiple tasks.
3. Cooperate with the central team on the global project implementation, organize the local testing, feedback collection and training. Complete localization of user manual, streamline, systematize and document the support workflow of the new applications, and instruct the servicedesk team how to carry out. Ensure constantly update on the technical / user documentation related to the applications.
4. Take the initiative to keep full and effective communication with the business department, and actively maintain the user relationship. Organize and review the system in use with business users on a regular basis, propose effective optimization and improvement plans for the system functions and performance, and improve users' experience. Integrate or clean up non-work necessary system, simplify the workflow, improve the work efficiency.
5. The systems to operate and support are the internal information processing systems, including but not limited to SAP system (mainly FA/***/SD module), CRM system, retail checkout system, HR information system and BI system. Work closely with business partners, application owners and third party partners to ensure smooth operation of the applications, answer the problems encountered by users, able to handle troubleshooting and correction at the local level, and be able to grasp and apply abnormal data processing to solve problems. Manage the issue escalation process and follow up the progress by higher-level team to ensure that the issues are not missed and are eventually resolved or solved properly.

 

Job requirements

• Proficient in English, it requires a lot of international teamwork and communication
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to play the role of organizer in multi-party projects
• Independent project (program) management capability, able to apply project management expertise (PMP, etc.) to effectively manage project implementation and delivery
• Ability to work creatively and deal with unknown and unexpected problems
• Good learning ability and can continuously update own knowledge system to meet the new demand for application systems.
• Familiar with ITSM and ITIL process management, with ITIL certification is preferred
• Familiar with information system solution in luxury/retail industry
• Familiar with SAP system / POS system / Salesforce/ BI tools, knowledge and experience of PowerBI is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above in software development, information system management or business management related field.
• At least 5 years related experience in information system management / information technology  / information system delivery and operation
