Now, Let's Get Down to Business
You will be reporting to the National Sales Director, and the successful candidate will lead the Regional Sales team to lead and grow the offline distributor and wholesale channel nation-wide in a challenging phase of aggressive growth. As we are looking for a 'game-changer', there will be a specific focus on identifying and developing strategies and plans — so if you have ideas, we want to hear them! Here's the list of responsibilities which you'll be accountable for:
- Achieving sales goals, grow the business by successfully design and implement forward-looking development programs
- Developing annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans for sales team that reflect market trends and opportunities identified in the region
- Establish distributor network and drive, manage, motivate their performance of all distributors
- Monitor the sales activities and target achievement in the area, and take necessary measures to ensure maximum output with minimum resources
- Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team, improve the working skills, sense of responsibility, and sense of belonging
- Work closely with internal partners, including marketing, trade marketing, finance and supply chain teams to achieve excellent execution of regional strategy and initiatives

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?
We’ll need you to be comfortable taking the reins and guiding your colleagues along the way. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- University degree or above
- Minimum 15 years field sales experience, with 5 years+ in a managerial role with sizable direct reports
- Has worked on FMCG categories in MNCs, preferably personal care
- Modern trade experience is essential
- Familiar with local market and sales network, showing influence on distributors/retailers and ability to adapt to the position quickly
- Demonstrated exceptional business partner relationships and influencing skills, including conflict management and idea leadership
- Result-driven, good at problem-solving and strategic thinking with functional knowledge of data analysis
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Decisive - thinking big and taking risks
- Do it together - humble enough to roll up the sleeves and pitch in, win and lose together
