Job description:

  

 1. Lead talent acquisition team to search middle to high level talents to meet SDX China business development needs.

  

2. Lead talent acquisition team to develop and manage national recruitment channels and make the channel efficiency analysis and reporting.

  

3. Mobilizes team to collect the information of labor market, such as compensation and benefits.

  

4. External talent pool maintenance and focus on the conversation rate.

  

5. Deeply understand competitors’ business and make the talent mapping and provide the value points.

  

6. Searches for innovative solutions in line with market trend to develop competitive advantage in the job market.

  

7. Define, design and improve the recruitment policies, procedures, systems and tools and ensure the implementation throughout the organization in order to constantly improve the recruitment efficiency.

  

8. Regularly reviews and analyzes recruitment progress and provides comprehensive and accurate comments.

  

Job Responsibilities：

  

1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 8 years working experience in talent acquisition role and at least 3 years as a team lead. Service industry or in-house Talent acquisition background preferred.

  

2. Excellent communication skills and strong analysis and people evaluation capability.

  

3. Accountable, open minded and sense of innovation.

  

4. Strong leadership, good influence capability, good presentation skills.

  

5. Able to work in the pressure and result-driven.

  

6. Fluent in oral & written English.
