职位描述
Responsibility:
-Determinate and communicate to Accounts Managers about the feasibility of a service according to available resources.
-Estimate man-days to assign for service job. Provide this information to Scheduler for quotation purposes.
-Verify factory measuring / testing capabilities to ensure that product inspection / test can be performed.
-Develop Inspection Checklist and submit to Chief Supervisor for approval, and upload in the db
-Prepare works for any Inspection jobs for textile product and make sure that the Inspector understands and has all technical documents needed to perform the inspection.
-Keep frequency communication with inspectors on side to make sure of the implementation of inspection at factory side.
-Review inspection reports for accuracy and completeness, assure that all input data to be viewed by the client is complete, not ambiguous, and meets the clients needs to make prompt decisions.
-Monitor on site quality performance of inspector according to defined schedule.
-Investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP.
-Recommend appropriate disciplinary actions concerning inspection personnel.

-The candidate should have solid working expeirence in garments quality control in factory as well as team leader in a third party inspection orginzation.
-Textile or garments education background.
-Good Knowledge with garments and textile inspection.
-Good English.
