职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
* Develops and maintains advanced category strategies in conjunction with business unit stakeholders across indirect spend categories
* Develops innovative approaches to strategic sourcing while using analytics and processes to determine scenarios, benefits, risks and change management impact of each of those options
* Develops and manages strong relationships with business unit stakeholders as well as accesses market intelligence to enable fact-based prioritization of opportunities
* Develops and executes complex supplier negotiations strategies
* Assists in managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement in areas of cost savings, quality, and risk management
* Address any escalated questions or concerns related to strategic sourcing policies, processes and decisions
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory or professional services role with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing level of responsibility
* Adaptive to fast paced, constantly changing environments
* Ability to work as part of a global team to collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries to deliver better business results and share best practices
* Deep subject matter expertise in the area of strategic sourcing, including in-depth knowledge of industry structure, economic drivers, supplier solvency and competitive situations
* Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and influencing skills
* Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
* Specific expertise in designated indirect spend categories, as applicable
* Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software
Preferred Education and Experience:
* MBA
* Retail or Consulting industry experience
Professional Designations
* PMP (Project Management Professional) or SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designations
