               POSITION GOALS To achieve the timely and efficient delivery of Mail room services in Client’s Sites and support of their business needs in accordance with the Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators set out below.     DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES l   Receive and accurately sort all incoming mails and packages daily l   Record the key information of all incoming mails and outgoing mails accurately l   Mails and packages distribution to appointed staff l   Pick up outgoing mails from mail box timely for delivery l   Answer customer calls and questions regarding mails tracking, chasing and more l   Work closely with mail coordinators to ensure that employees have access to the postage l   Check the billing with related vendors on a monthly basis l   Accomplish other assignments from team leader     KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES l   Accuracy rate of mail delivery l   Accuracy rate of data entry l   Customer Satisfaction l   Compliance with mail room procedure     GENERAL REQUIREMENTS l   Basic English is required l   One (1) year of experience in office administration or mailroom function is required. l   Strong organizational and clerical skills in order to ensure that every package and letter is delivered to the correct individual on time. l   Basic computer skills for the purposes of data entry and reordering supplies as necessary. l   Strong professional and communications skills for dealing with the post office and other employees within the facility. l   Ability to multitask and perform many different duties—such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions—all at the same time. . l   Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered
