o   manage existing customers including all communication, project management, follow up, problem solving

o   build and promote strong customer relationship

o   translate sales strategy into actions to increase turnover by new product listings and achieve budget targets

o   develop and monitor strategic account plan incl. objectives, success metrics, sales forecast

o   respond to quotation process incl. development of pricing proposals and communication of sales prices

o   identify product trends and market shifts and translate them into a sales strategy 

o   introduce product trends and planograms targeting the costumers and consumers

o   support Business Development Team in developing potential customers

o   work with different type of customers and products with different point of sales (online, offline, gifting, …)

o   prepare, follow up and update forecasts

o   analyse and interpret actual sales revenue vs. budget targets

o   analyse, interpret and follow GM targets per customer

o   support Sales Director defining and implementing sales strategy for China

o   coordinate order development with internal stakeholders to ensure deliveries on time

o   ensure all activities and processes are in accordance with the company standards

Requirements:

·    bachelor’s degree or higher in business- or business-related fields

·    at least 5 years working experience within an active sale role, preferably as Key Accounter within the FMCG sector (experience in managing with Watsons China is a plus)

·    experience within the beauty industry or beauty related industry is a plus

·    proven record in managing and developing customer base

·    proven record in planning and following sales budgets

·    experience in customer relationship management incl. strong negotiation and analytical skills

·   comfortable in leading conversations and project pitches

·    ability to understand problems and provide solutions

·    very skilled in working with Microsoft Office, mainly Powerpoint and Excel

·    skilled to work independently with the ability to be a team player

·    fluency in written/spoken Mandarin and English is a must

·    lexibility to travel frequently to meet with customers
