Job Description

• Responsible for full product development cycles from concept design till the initial mass production.
• Lead sourcing analysis and selection process and performs cost analyses as required    
• Negotiate, establish, monitor and enforce supplier contracts and agreements  
• Drive negotiation with large scale, high impact suppliers
• Develop strong partnership relationships with key suppliers as well as other disciplines within the businesses
• Working closely with quality and suppliers to ensure product cost and quality.
• Work with product project manager to deliver project on time.  
• Proactively manage technical risk
•  Experience or qualifications in following would be useful

1. electrics or electronics, mechanical engineering
2. solar system, lithium battery
3. white goods, radio, torch, LED light
4. plastic parts, PCBA

                    

  

Qualifications/Requirements

•  BS Electrical Engineering Degree or above, Good understanding on appliances, PCBA and different materials (plastic, IC components…)
• Able to prioritize complicated tasks to ensure program delivery.
• Working English communication both in writing and oral and be adapted to conference call with global teams.

• 5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization

    

P.S. Salary can be negotiated if candidates have more experience.
