Function

- You prepare purchase documents, request offers and process order with various suppliers

- You closely follow delivery dates for our customers you are responsible for the planning and transport

- You handle correspondence concerning over-shipments, order shortages, changes in quantity, and prices and report such changes to the interested parties in a timely manner

- You further develop our supplier network

Profile

- You have a Bachelor Degree

- You are fluent in English and Mandarin (Chinese)

- You see yourself a team player

- You are passionate and driven by healthy ambition

- You are a proactive and enterprising negotiator

- Willingness to work flexible hours

- Living around Dongguan and willing to attend fairs with your team for short periods
