职位描述

1. The Service Technician will be assigned to Trumpf 3D Laser Cutting machines service group at TCNL and carry out service activities in Chongqing / Chengdu / South - West region. 
2. The main requirements are the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of TRUMPF 3D laser systems.

3. The main goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and machine availability in the region.

4. Carry out 3D machine installtions, maintenance and troubeshooting at TRUMPF 3D machines
5. Lead projects such as relocations or installations, gives instructions and technical assistance to customers and external service supplier
6. Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support customers on complaints/technical knon-how or etc. to resolve whatever issues to ensure customers’ high sactisfication. 
7. Introduce TRUMPF service products to customer 
8. Provide company the updated market information such as market trends, potential customer business status/preference and competitors updates and etc. for company’s long term business strategy reference. 
9.  Improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.   
10. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

任职要求：

1. Education: College degree or  below

2. Major:  CNC Machine Service, Laser technology, Optics or related majors

3. Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience as a service or  maintenance engineer in industrial enviroment and related 

4. Knowledge and skills:Knowledge on CNC machines / Laser products and the application in the field of automotive manufacting .Strong communication, negotiation and  Persuasiveness skills. Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..).

5. Language:Chinese native speaker.English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing.German is a plus

6. Other:Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must. Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven. Rich good network to customer in the automotive industry is preferable . Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
