DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.Responsible for ensuring the timely collection of RS documents and reports. 

2.Responsible for RS Management for assigned factories/agents and licensees 

3.Assist in ensuring that the factory chemical managements are controlled well. 

4.Responsible for  providing high quality trainings to assigned factories 

5.Drive the continuous improvement of VOC Reduction for all factories and brands

6.Assist the manager in implementation of manufacturing restricted substance controls for all factories and key Leather suppliers in collaboration with ESC team and production teams. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Must be a college graduate (3-4 years) with an associate or bachelor degree or above

2.5 years or above of RS equivalent work experience in international brands or footwear sector or an independent 3rd party lab senior technician who supported brands for more than 5 years. 

3.Have at least 3 years training experience on relevant fields. 

4.Basic English Reading comprehension capability and basic English speaking and writing capabilities are required. 

5.Good understandings about 3rd party testing and materials are an added value.

6.Good knowledge about product safety regulations and requirements is preferred.
