职位描述
1.1.1. Background
BMW provides face to face training and online learning to dealer staffs. But huge challenge has been raised to face to face training due to increasing needs of training capacity vs. dealer travel cost. Large amount of travel expense and manpower has already been put to handle face to face training. To support and reduce regular training heavy burdens, BBS-5 build up an E-learning platform in the beginning of 2017, which contains current e-training methods and also includes more creative multimedia to cover dealer’s all position online learning. It is an important strategy that the team need to continuously optimizing the platform development, operation and content development. We need E-learning project management service.
1.1.2. Main service responsibilities
1) e-learning platform function optimize
? Collect and analysis end users' requirement.
? Participate in document composing for the e-learning platform development, which including marketing research document (MRD) and business proposal (BP).
? Design the test scenario, test case, and write the test step for the change request
? Implement and organize UAT, according to the test result to create the defect for the new function and repeated communicate with central team
? Support teams on a better use of system according to the business process.
2) e-learning platform system support
? Compose e-Learning user manual and support the end user training.
? Support the platform system operation, collect and analyses business team's advice and feedback to IT department.
? Support new version app go live related issue especially promotion implementation.
? Design, optimize and maintain the points reward solution.
? Manage user account and detail information on monthly basis. System customized role includes dealer staff, dealer admin, course management and so on. For the different role, the system provides the different permission.
? Monitor the quality of e-learning system data, random check training course setting, training maintenance, user profile and so on.
? Based on e-learning platform go-live plan, acknowledge the upgraded function for business team, and delivery the operation of new function to core users.
3) e-learning content development support
? Develop and optimize the process of e-learning platform development, content development and operation management.
? Conduct the promotion and training of micro course rapid development tools.
? Design and update curriculums FAQ.
? Manage the E-learning content development related issue, which including course go-live schedule planning, trainer and vendor communication.
1.1.3. Competences
1) basic requirement
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 3+ years of project management experience as PM/PMO or related experience;
? New product development experience
? Exposure to some of the following Digital topics: Digital marketing, Social Media, e-Commerce, Omni-Channel, Analytics, Big Data, IoT, Mobility, Digital Innovation
? Ability and confidence to quickly identify key issues, structure a project plan and develop strategic options
2) Technical Skill
? Good skill in Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project;
? Good skills in reading, writing, and fluent speaking in English;
? Good mind-set on IT project management methodologies(PMP) and online learning;
? Basic controlling and monitoring in projects status.
3) Soft Skill
? Proactive and fast learner;
? Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people;
? Good team work management and leadership ability;
? Good controlling and monitoring in projects status;
? Good conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiation skills.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
