OVERVIEW:
The Commercial Clerk role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of Brasport Group’s continued growth in softgoods. This is a customer facing role that will have exposure to many exciting Chinese and international brands.

You will primarily be responsible to both work across departments internally for costing and then work with customers to communicate and negotiate Brasport’s business offers.

We are looking for team members who are both able to proactively work independently as well as within a team. You should be comfortable communicating 1-on-1 with customers both in Chinese as well as in English.

JOB DUTIES:
- Collect relevant information, construct cost breakdowns and prepare quotations to clients for client and internal team requests.
- Independently maintain clear tracker of all receivables with high level of detail, working with finance, PMC, and technical teams to do so. Prepare weekly reports to management internally and to client externally based on this tracker.
- Maintain close contact with client Purchasing and Project Management teams to drive timely and accurate accounts receivable turnover.
- Monitor B2C channels product stock and prepare monthly sales reports.
- Release invoice requests on time and clearly summarize monthly sales revenues for both B2B and B2C channelsales.
- Other supplemental routine job duties such as creating ERP internal sales orders and purchase requests, supporting capex audits, etc.

- BA degree holder; BA in Business or Economics preferred
- 3-8 years of experience in electronics or fashion accessories manufacturing
- Strong spoken English & highly proficient written English
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong logic and communication skills
