WHO YOU ARE

? Good knowledge of IKEA Supply Chain and Quality systems ? Good understanding & knowledge about quality rules and working methods ? Basic logistics knowledge ? IKEA systems knowledge (CASY, ASTRO) ? Fluent in English and local language ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to create insight by communicating; presenting and motivating others in Q related issues ? Ability to work, lead people and report in a matrix organization ? Minimum of one to three years supervisory/management experience required ? Leadership skills ? Share IKEA values

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

? Set targets and action plan for the DC in line with DS global Q strategy and DS Area Q Business plan and key actions ? Lead and supervise all DC on-site Q people and activities related to Supply Quality and Product Quality ? Ensure tasks are performed in the company's best interest, and according to IKEA policies and rules ? Educate and ensure routines and working methods are well understood and applied ? Establish good and efficient co-operation between IKEA and External Service Provider in the Quality related fields ? Support education and development of Q-Dept co-workers ? Be the main interface between the DC and the DS Quality Support Centre and the Local Retail Stores ? Follow up on goals and KPIs, report results regularly to DC management and DS QSC Organization ? Secure that the Q priorities, results and challenges are addressed to the DC management and communicated within the DC organization
