• Provide remote support via internet or phone to solve issues customer reported; try to solve all technical related issues as soon as possible

通过网络或电话提供远程支持来尽快解决客户所有的技术问题；

• Provide technical support to all internal department include service, sales and spare parts and feedback all serious or unsolved issues to second line support and follow, till it was solved

  为内部部门提供技术支持，包括服务、销售和备件，并将所有严重的或未解决的问题反馈给二线支持和跟踪，直到问题解决

• Operate Byexcellence system, create service case in system and create service activity for service engineer if onsite support is needed

  通过Byexcellence系统运作，在系统中创建服务案例，如果需要现场支持，为服务工程师安排工作任务

• Report to manager on time, as well as keep good relationship with other colleagues

  按时向经理汇报工作，并与其他同事保持良好的关系

• Good communication with cross function team and deal the problem

  良好的跨部门沟通和处理问题

• Strong implement capability

职位要求 ：

• Bachelor degree or above (Major in Mechanical，engineering or related preferred).

本科及以上学历（机械自动化、机械工程等相关专业优先）

• At least 3 years inside sales experience in Mechanical equipment or related.

  至少3年以上的机械设备或相关行业的电话沟通经验

• Good PC skill.

良好的计算机操作能力
