任职资格：

1、服装设计类专业大专及以上学历

2、28—35岁，5年以上高端女装设计工作经验，3年以上团队管理经验；

3、能准确把握时尚、面料及相关板型处理关系

4、对流行趋势和时尚元素有很强的感悟力和敏锐度；

5、具备较强的系列整合能力；能熟练操作设计制图软件和办公软件，

6、具有扎实的美术基础、色彩控制能力强、想象力丰富，富有创意及执行力；

7、责任心强、积极肯干，吃苦耐劳；具有创新精神及团队协作精神；

岗位职责：

1、做好产品的独立设计研发任务；

2、完成所负责的款式设计开发工作；

3、把控季度搭配风格/发布效果；

4、对相关设计进度有协调和控制责任；

5、对设计团队分工、梯队建设、人员培养提出意见和建议
