加盟客服

岗位职责:

负责所辖区域的货品控制工作（包括：客户的订货、补货、货品分析及库存管理方面的引导，完成年度进货额任务）;

负责所辖区域的加盟客户客情维护，以及客户信息的搜集;

与客户进行沟通，及时掌握客户需要，为客户提供专业咨询服务;

负责公司客户资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作;

收集市场信息及竞争对手信息，对产品推广及形象提升提出改善意见。

任职要求：

1、 23-30yr，高中以上学历，2年以上品牌女装加盟客户服务工作经验对数据敏感、做事细心，熟练运用excel等办公软件；，

熟悉零售行业终端销售管理流程（包括：订货、退货、补货、陈列等）;

具备一定的审美及数据分析能力和较强的沟通协调能力;
